About me

Hello! My name is Jennifer and I am a licensed Counselor. I have over 5 years of experience with working directly with clients. I have only worked in a couple of settings as I started out in a Mental Health Center but they closed down so I opened my own practice. I have been successful in my own practice for the last three years. I work with a diverse population of clients that are affected by Bipolar, Depression, Anxiety, Substance use, Trauma, Anger and other challenges.

Originally I am from Carlsbad New Mexico, but moved to Montana in 1993. I received my Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Argosy University and my Masters Degree in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University.

I believe in treating everyone with respect. My counseling style is very warm and welcoming. I am a very compassionate person and I love being able to help others. I know that in these trying times that have hit our society it can be very difficult to get through. My approach to counseling is trying to gain as much knowledge about the person then developing a plan that is tailored towards them. I incorporate ACT, DBT, CBT, Anger management, and other treatment modalities depending upon the person's particular needs.

I look forward to meeting you and working with you to help you achieve your biggest goals in life!

She is amazing. She is a very good listener and she will challenge you to change for the better, in the best way possible. I don’t know where would I be at if it wasn’t for her expertise and advice. Forever grateful.
