I've just completed my first session with Jennifer, she was so helpful, compassionate, understanding and friendly. I felt like I could tell her anything without judgement, and be listened to. Within 1 session she already gave me some tools to take away and begin working on. I'm really looking forward to working with her throughout the next several weeks, and I couldn't recommend her more highly - she's brilliant! :)

Jen is super attentive. She is always making sure she understands what you’re saying before responding to what you’re saying. She makes great suggestions when needed. ☺️
