About me

My approach to therapy is simple. We are all human beings trying to navigate this incredibly complex human experience. As human beings, we are hard wired for connection. Unfortunately, in our society we have become increasingly isolated, and therefore experience interpersonal difficulty. I hold the belief that we all have untapped emotional resources. I see my role as a therapist, as a guide to bringing awareness to the innate goodness, and resources within all of us. I use a multidimensional approach, drawing from evidenced based practice models that match the individuals style of understanding information.

Jennifer is an astute listener who is exceptional at reflecting back what she has heard while at the same time framing the key points in an objective manner. She is supportive and insightful and has helped me to progress in my therapy more efficiently than I imagined possible.
