These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Jenny Ingram. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
Jenny is a really great therapist. I feel heard and never judged. She has helped me to see perspective in situations that I otherwise wouldn't have thought of. I would recommend her to anyone who needs someone to talk to.
Great therapy sessions thus far
Jenny has been wonderful. She shares resources and I feel heard and listened to. I feel confident speaking with her knowing it’s a safe space
Understanding, listens to what you want and what you say, its only been one visit and I am starting to see hope for my mental health. I can’t quite explain it, she has a charm to her that makes you feel as though she genuinely wants you to feel better. Other therapists i have had use one liners, quotes, and just rush things like they don’t have time for you, Jenny gets it. She is the first therapist i am willing to put time into trying to make my life work out, all in all, glad I joined.
Jenny is understanding and listens deeply and I love when it’s therapy time because I get to chat with her like friend to friend!
Jenny is super understanding, communicates in a way I understand and helpful
Jenny is very supportive & understanding. A truly great listener!!
I've had just a few sessions with Jenny so far, and already feel miles ahead of where I was a few weeks ago. She has a wonderful way of listening and repeating back to me what she's hearing in a succinct way that consistently blows my mind and makes me feel validated. She's great with giving me homework and tools that help me continue the work outside of our sessions and make me feel empowered. She is responsive, caring, knowledgeable and just has this knowing that makes me feel safe and seen. So thankful that the universe helped us cross paths and that I've got someone in my corner I'm proud to work with.
