In our counseling work together we will be uncovering your strengths to begin your healing process. You are the expert on you! My education and years of experience working in the healing profession has taught me that everyone has their own personal inner guidance. My job as a healer is to assist you to tune back into that guidance. The approach we will use is letting you heal yourself with my support. I use various techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems techniques, Minfdfulness, Visulaization, and Meditation. We will discuss your current concerns as well examine the past in order to identify thought and behavior patterns that keep repeating themselves. The process of healing may be uncomfortable and takes time. Making changes in your life can be hard, but extremely rewarding. I cannot guarantee that my approach is the best fit for you, but I will work my hardest to ensure you are getting what you need from me.
