Over 40 years of therapy experience that has included private practice, multiple Minneapolis corporate clinics, a medical clinic, county mental health services, and on the counseling staff at two colleges.

When I'm not involved in thinking about the absurdities and complexities of life, and how to help myself, and others, find a safe, calm harbor within ourselves, I'm planning my next fly-fishing trip to northern Colorado.

Jere has worked with me for a few months now as I’ve navigated the loss of a loved one and tried to rebuild my sense of self. His guidance challenged my existing thought patterns and ignited a journey of self-discovery and self-acceptance that I feel had been locked away for a long time. Thank you Jere!
