Life is about change and some changes are more difficult to navigate than others. When we are stressed, anxious or depressed, it is a sign that our lives are out of balance. My focus is on providing a safe, supportive, nonjudgmental and compassionate space for adults, couples, and families to share their experiences and to help navigate through some more difficult life changes [positive or negative]; to create more balance in your life. I enjoy working with clients who are motivated to make changes to improve their lives, find purpose, and meaningful fulfillment.

Jeremea is a great therapist. We talk and before I know it I’m realizing things I didn’t quite understand because of the simple questions she asks me that gets me thinking. Always look forward to therapy with her!
