I hold a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology and am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Alabama, with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals navigate challenges related to stress, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, abuse, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, and life transitions.
