Jeremy Brenneman is empathetic and caring, without sacrificing a concrete, active approach. He empowers me to address my concerns and helps me understand the innate tools and resources I have within me to help be where I want to be. He reminds me to be caring to myself, while still holding me gently accountable to myself. I appreciate the balance he strikes in being grounded while also freeing. I highly recommend this counselor if you're like me and experience insecurity and anxiety.
