About Me

If you're dealing with a big change in life, whether having a loved one pass, starting a new job, or just adjusting to a new city, dealing with change is my specialty. As a PhD Candidate in Depth Psychology, I am skilled at working with a variety of issues that I am happy to discuss with you. What sets me apart from others isn't so much the types of issues I work with, but how I work with them.

Carl Jung said, "Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life, and you will call it fate." I provide an atmosphere that will help you develop practical skill, while at the same time helping you engage in an exploration to gain a better understanding of yourself and the sometimes hidden motivation behind habitual ways of being.

There are literally hundreds of ways to do therapy, but if you're interested in an inquiry to discover unconscious motivators, we might be a good fit. My office is a no-judgment, comfortable space for self-discovery and expression. I welcome queer and gay clients and their allies. I also offer a safe space for discussing matters of faith and spirituality.
