My name is Jesse Bradberry, and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. I graduated with honors from La Salle University with a master’s degree in Professional Clinical Counseling, and I have a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Louisville. I have worked in the field for over four years, engaging in therapy with a diverse population of people with different identities, demographics, strengths, barriers, and goals. My therapeutic style is grounded in the person-centered approach and I work hard to expand my knowledge of current, evidence-based techniques, in order to best meet the unique needs of each person and maintain a high standard of care.
If you’re anything like me, sometimes you find yourself stuck in your head, worrying about the future or regretting the past, but I believe that inside all of us are the tools we need to reach our potential and live the lives that we want. There are times in life when we just need another person to not judge use, but to help us find those tools again, because no one is capable of doing it on their own, all of the time. I believe the client sets the goals for therapy (although I try to avoid the term “client,” because we are all people first). I work to help each person identify and harness their strengths, remove barriers, and achieve their goals. I will empower and encourage you to move toward authenticity and let go of what other people, society, and even your own beliefs, may have convinced you is who you are.
If you're reading this, the first big step is probably already behind you. Deciding to ask for help often requires a great deal of strength, so good job! I would be thrilled to be alongside you for rest of the way and help you get to where you are going.

Jesse has been a life saver in every sense of the statement. He listens and helps me listen. I have felt so much improvement from our first session.
