About Me

I enjoy working with individuals, couples, families, and groups. My passion is helping others find the healing solutions they need to be successful in life. I understand how hard it is to face crisis and conflict. I felt from my own experience a unique support and empowerment in therapy which helped me realize my own passion for serving others. Together we can achieve your goals for health and healing. My goal as a therapist is to help you achieve peace from mental distress by providing a safe and supportive environment to explore your individual needs.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California and Virginia. I completed my Master's in Counseling in 2011 through University of Phoenix and have a Bachelor's in Psychology from National University. I volunteer frequently with the crisis recovery team and serve as an ambassador in mental health settings such as crisis houses and hospital programs. In these programs, I have been the clinician to help address the mental health and relational components of managing a severe mental illness. I also work closely with Military families to assist them throughout the many transitions of military life. My favorite thing as a therapist is to incorporate creativity into solving a problem, expressing yourself, or looking at a situation in a way that a client has never experienced.

Jesseca has been very positive with me listening to what I have to say, trying to give positivity and letting me drive the conversation so I can get out everything running around in my mind.

Jesseca has been very supportive in my growth and self reflection journey. I came to her with a list of topics that I really wanted to cover with her, and she's been very responsive, caring, and thoughtful with her responses and advice. Jesseca has been a huge supporter for me this past month, I'm so thankful for her!
