I started working with Jessica back in 2020. She has truly helped me grow and address many issues that brought me much stress and anxiety. She was honest in her sessions with me. She has encouraged me to continue with my therapy.

I really appreciate all of Jessica’s help in seeing me through a really challenging time. It's been great working with her and focusing on my growth. Jessica has a warm poise and professionalism and incorporates a distinct finesse in her therapeutic approach. I never felt pushed nor rushed, but guided in a gentle way to think through my feelings, decisions, and actions to get to the core of my issues. Therapy is a partnership, two people working together to achieve a goal. I showed up to do the work for self improvement and Jessica was there every step of the way. Jessica never took a side, never showed a bias, is always very thoughtful and has an immense level of patience. I’m very appreciative and I highly recommend working with Jessica.

Jessica has had a huge impact on my mental health journey. I have found her insights and her ability to really listen super helpful. I have felt comfortable talking to her about things that I hold in and reserve to myself.

I appreciate her expertise and help.

Jessica has worked with me for the last 6 months during a challenging period of immense change and turmoil in my life. Her style and support was exactly what I've needed to get myself back on track and prepared to tackle any challenges that come my way. She's helped me understand my emotions and response to specific situations causing anxiety, how to manage through my emotions in a productive way, and techniques to proactively work on myself to prevent future outbursts. She is a thoughtful listener who offers validation of feelings while also challenging me to do the work to better myself. I would recommend Jessica to anyone struggling through changes in their life/family. She's made a tremendous impact on me, my family, and my life. Thank you!

Jessica was amazingly helpful and insightful. She listened to my issues and gave me topics and ideas to think about in between sessions. She offered conversations through text, phone or video and checked in often with me if I hadn’t responded. I am so appreciative of all her help and will definitely request her again if I need help in the future!
