I am so glad you landed on my page and have an interest in therapy through Betterhelp. Online therapy is my favorite modality, let me tell you more about my style. I use CBT, DBT concepts/skills and depth psychology. If you are experiencing some disordered eating, I have found intuitive eating with self-compassion/self esteem work to be helpful.

My experience includes working with sexual assault victims, working in community mental health, and working at a University Counseling Center. I have also served as a guest lecturer for topics such as self care, depression and anxiety, and mental wellness. I was involved in curriculum development of a happiness class
