About me

Hello! My name is Jessica, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have been in the Mental Health field for several years and have worked with children, adolescents, and adults. I have worked in outpatient clinics as well as inpatient psychiatric hospitals. I have experience helping individuals with Anxiety, PTSD, Sexual abuse, Childhood trauma, psychosis, OCD, personality disorders and Mood disorders.

I have an Integrative approach; combining different types of therapeutic modalities and tools that best suit each individual needs. I use CBT, DBT, ACT, Person Centered therapy, Trauma focus therapy, Internal family systems therapy, Mindfulness, and Interpersonal.
