Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Jessica Dixon. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Jess has been incredible to work with. She really takes the time to get to know me, not just on the surface but how I actually think, react, and process things. It never feels like a one-size-fits-all approach. Everything we work on feels tailored to me and where I’m at.

What I appreciate most is how consistent and present she is. She meets me where I am each session and helps me make sense of things in a way that actually sticks. It’s not just talking, it’s real progress.

I’ve felt supported, challenged in the right ways, and genuinely understood. I’m grateful to be working with her and would absolutely recommend Jess to anyone looking for someone who truly invests in their clients.

Jessica is a great therapist. I appreciate that she communicates in a manner that resonates with me. My former therapist had a good methodology but didn’t communicate it in a way that I could get. I had to buy a book to understand what she was trying get me to do. I feel like Jessica takes her client’s personality and background into account when communicating with them.
