Jessica is incredibly kind, empathetic, and understanding. I feel as though she truly is hearing me out and trying to understand my emotions. I truly feel completely supported, and there is no judgement at all. She is amazing at her job and I absolutely love being able to talk to her.

Jessica is a wonderful and supportive counselor. She takes the time to really listen and then dives right in, quickly uncovering the root of the problem and providing me with tools to help me change. She is flexible, calm, and caring. I would definitely recommend her.

Jessica has been a great help to me over the past few weeks. She is a good listener and I have never felt judged or misunderstood by her. I found the video sessions particularly valuable and can tell that she is a genuinely kind, caring person.

Jessica understands me and does not judge me! It's great to talk about what I've been through with her!

I was about to give up on help, but I gave it one more try. Jessica has been really kind to me, understanding, and helpful. She checks up on me to see how I’m doing even when I don’t message in a few days. I’m not sure what kind of shape I’d be in of I didn’t meet her.

Jessica is wonderful. I was sceptical about this whole program/process and she has made it amazing. She listens, understands and I find it easy to open up to her as she is judgement free.
