I am a professional clinical counselor licensed in California with over 10 years of experience working as a psychodynamic counselor, emotional wellness specialist and intuitive healing guide. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, complex trauma, LGBTQ issues, spirituality, and identity formation.
My counseling style is engaging and reflective. I center each individuals unique truth which allows me to connect with you exactly where you are in life. My core values expressed through my style include respect, sensitivity, and openness. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and psychodynamic techniques . I am trained in EMDR as well. Together, we will craft a safe and affirming space to generate a treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
Outside of my therapist life I enjoy exploring the great outdoors (especially beach time) , spending time with my lively cat Chance or enjoying a leisure day of reading, connecting with loved ones over a good meal and live music! These gems help me stay recharged and balanced so I can show up fully for my clients.
