About me
Jessica Grimm, M.S, is currently certified as a Licensed Professional Counselor through The Texas State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors. Jessica received a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Tarleton State University in 2003, and then received a Master of Science degree in Counseling Psychology from Tarleton State University in 2007. Upon completion of this degree Jessica conducted research at the University of Texas at Arlington as a research assistant in which she studied health psychology in order to better understand stress, resilience, exercise, and health issues such as cancer, diabetes, and disability. Her counseling experience includes: career counseling, women and trauma, anger management, couples and health issues.

Jessica, really understands me. She has taken the time to learn who I am and how I think or maybe the lack there of in certain situations. I’ve always looked forward to her sessions. I have found the therapist/patient to very beneficial to me. Having an outside party perspective on my issues has made me grow as a person!
