About me

Hey! I’m Jessica, a mom to the best daughter in the entire world, a licensed mental health therapist. I would like to describe myself as the epitome of resilience and perseverance. Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, I had to overcome many obstacles, which would have caused the average person to give up. I graduated from The University Of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where I earned a bachelor’s degree in Sociology. I also attended Liberty University, receiving my master’s degree in Professional Counseling.

Growing up, I knew I was different. The events that have transpired in my life have shown me that God has a unique plan for my life. To be able to relate to as many people as possible. No matter what they have been through or the stage of life they are experiencing, I have dealt with it all.

I’m a sexual child abuse survivor who dealt with severe abandonment issues from my parents; my mom is serving a life sentence in prison. I was married for 8 years, now divorced and navigating dating and single mommyhood in my 30’s. You name it, I have probably experienced it. I’m glad that you’re here. I hope you stay awhile. I can’t wait to meet you and help you, go through life challenges using a multitude of therapeutic techniques to reach your end goal.
