Welcome. I am glad you are reaching out! I am a licensed mental health counselor in Indiana since 2016. I have been providing counseling services for 7 years in a variety of setting including residential, school-based and home-based. I am a skilled, empathetic listener who can help you clarify concerns and problem solve the issues that are keeping you from feeling whole. I'm also a social person with a good sense of humor who can connect with others easily. I received my Bachelor's degree from Purdue University (Boiler Up!) in 2009 and received my Master's Degree from Argosy University-Chicago in 2012.
I have been married since 2013 and have a beautiful daughter who is 4 and I just little boy who is 2. I definitely understand some of the feelings that come with this amazing and wonderful, scary and frustrating job they call parenting. :)
I enjoy going to the movies, watching Netflix and doing crafts in my free time, I just learned how to knit which is fun!
My treatment approach changes based on what my clients need. I use a variety of techniques from Cognitive-Behavioral therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mind-fullness and Solution-Focused therapy. I have worked with diverse populations, couples, families and individuals, I have worked with people who suffer from anxiety, depression, anger, and a variety of traumas including sexual abuse, physical and verbal abuse,. There is no such thing as a "taboo" topic, I work in a complete judgement free zone. I believe that therapy is a journey for my clients, a journey I am privileged to be a part of, but I am not the captain. I am the first mate, who holds the map and gives guidance when needed. I would be honored to join you on your journey.

Jessica is wonderful and I would recommend her to anyone!
I'm so grateful I have been paired with Jessica! Her energy, positive attitude, and down to earth advise has made a major difference in my life. She's an important part of my self-care and support system as a small business owner. Through thick and thin, she has now accompanied me for about 7 months where we started by getting me out of the beginning of a burn-out to now nailing my goals week after week. Thank you for motivating and encouraging me, Jessica, but most importantly, thank you for listening and being there for me when it gets tough.
Jessica always gets back to me in a reasonable amount of time. She offers a very practical approach to problem solving for me. She also helps augment my skill set so I am better prepared to handle life’s unexpected challenges, which is a big deal for me. She’s pleasant, positive, kind and very attentive in our sessions. I’m so grateful I found her!
I work on the other side of the planet. She offers ways to help me do video chat sessions. Due to MY OWN schedule It doesn’t work out but she keeps trying to find a way. She is respectful helpful and seems to be in bright spirits. I appreciate being able to have someone help.
Jessica has been my therapist for a year; today is my last day -thanks to her. She is a great therapist who is very knowledgeable and accommodating. It's been a wonderful journey for me, in which I've learned a lot about myself and tackled my issues with Jessica's guidance. I was very lucky to be matched with her. Highly recommended.
Thanks for your support!
Jessica has been an incredible listener along with being a great advice-giver. She’s also very easy to talk to.
She was wonderful and an invaluable support to me during a dark and confusing time. Thank you.
I have only been working with Jessica for a few days, but I love her warm nature. She's funny (when it's right to be), and she's willing to tailor her therapy methods to each individual she works with.
She is extremely helpful and caring.
Jessica has provided excellent resources and ongoing support.
She lets me communicate on my own terms when I am ready. I couldn't be happier with this level of care. I'm so happy she was paired up with me.
At this point I feel Jessica has been helpful in determining the nature of my issues and responding to my posts. I feel the method is worthy of continuing with the service and Jessica is the main reason for that. I look forward to continuing the process of wellness and this method has been the best process based on my schedule.
A great therapist. Had excellent suggestions immediately after hearing my situation.
