About me

Healing begins the moment you feel heard.

Now more than ever, the world does not make sense. My role is to listen, support, and collaborate with you as we identify how your strengths can increase wellness, empower change and overcome challenges from your past.

I work by building trust and rapport through compassion, empathy, and a little bit of humor. I promote a judgement-free safe space for you as we work towards the life you deserve and identify obstacles that may get in the way.

I have been working in Mental Health care for 7 years and was previously the Clinical Director of a Behavioral Health Agency in Philadelphia. I am a graduate from Temple University and sat on their Public Health Alumni Association Board.

Jessica is amazing! Easy to talk to and very patient. I have been working with Jessica for about a month now. What impressed me is that she took the time to make sure I had the necessary tools and mindset to deal with my issues before we began talking about them. Jessica has completely blown my expectations away. I am grateful for her expertise.

Jess is incredible. I felt like I was destined to be anxious forever a few months ago but Jess has literally helped me turn it around and I feel so much more confident in my ability to tackle my mental health and specifically my OCD; I didn’t even understand what was happening in my head before my sessions with Jess and it has helped no end. She is friendly, kind and ultimately feels like a friend in the best way for a therapist to be because it makes me comfortable chatting with her
