About Me
Welcome! My name is Jessica Lowe and I am thankful that you are taking the opportunity to learn more about yourself and work towards living your best life. I know that this is not an easy step. I am eager to learn from you as we work together to address your concerns. I believe in working in partnership with clients, utilizing their strengths to help sort out challenges and achieve goals. I believe it's important to identify all aspects of an individual’s life that impact their well-being including their physical health, support systems including family and friends, work or school environment, and faith/spirituality in this process.
My counseling approach is relaxed and focused on creating a supportive, empathetic, non-judgmental environment where clients feel comfortable sharing. My interests include self-regulation, school concerns, life changes, anxiety, strengths, anger, self-esteem and parenting. I have experience using several different therapeutic approaches including client centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, solution focused counseling and crisis intervention.
For over 16 years, I have been working with individuals of all ages, diverse backgrounds and various abilities. I earned a bachelors degree in Social Work in 2004 and masters degree in Social Work in 2006, both from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. My counseling experiences include outpatient therapy for children and teens in foster care, community based mental health for teens and adults, parenting support education programs, psycho-education for adults with chronic mental health difficulties, and school counseling.
If you have any questions, feel free to reach out. I am here for you.
I look forward to learning more about you and working together!

I've never felt more comfortable with any other person. She understands me even when I don't seem to understand myself. My anxiety has become so much more in control and maintained. I appreciate her so much in everything she does.
Jessica has been amazing so far. She has been very open to taking a different approach with my therapy, and is always understanding when things come up in life and we need to switch gears.
Jessica has helped me so much in the short time I've been talking with her. She responds super fast, even on weekends. She's willing to work with your schedule, and I trust her to be honest with me even when I don't want to hear it, but need to. I feel like she truly understands and doesn't judge at all.
She is kind and caring and has a lot of knowledge on different techniques to get through different things in life. It has been great having her help me through my troubles.
Jessica is very kind, trustworthy and accepting. I'm so thankful that I was matched with her as my therapist.
Great listener and therapist. Very helpful in helping me sort through things that are troubling me in my life.
