Jessica is great. She’s honest with you, but still has compassion and understanding.

Shes great at what she’s doing. She’s really helpful with helping me work through and with my ADHD and anxiety problems. What she suggests are easy to understand and do and it really helps. I feel heard and understood by her when i talk to her and trust that I can reach out if I am having any problems.

Jessica has been a great therapist and I’ve enjoyed my time getting to know her through my sessions. Whether it’s an advice session, a venting session or anything in between she is always there in the most supportive uplifting ways.

I recently had my first session with Jessica, and I’m looking forward to continuing our work together. I reached out to begin therapy in hopes of addressing some current issues and to explore deeper blocks that may be preventing me from growing and fully experiencing my emotions.

Jessica offers general talk therapy, and in just one session, I felt heard and supported. She’s an excellent listener who asks thoughtful questions that seem focused on uncovering the root of things—not just surface-level issues. Her approach feels intentional and curious, which gave me confidence in the process.

Though it’s still early, I’m optimistic about what’s ahead and appreciate how she held space while gently guiding the conversation. I’m looking forward to seeing where this work takes me.

She has been very helpful so far in giving me new ways to look at life and, find better and healthier ways to handle the situations that happen in my everyday life as well as in general. Anything new that comes up, she usually helps talk me through it and explain what I’m doing right, as well as, what I could improve on or a handle better. She is a great listener and very professional
