These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Jessica Oakley. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
I am very pleased with my time with Jessica. She has been quite helpful in assisting me as I deal with various issues. She prescribes various methodologies that force me to better understand and accept my situation. We have worked through numerous worksheets which have been helpful to me in creating habits to reduce and minimize the tendencies I have to worry and stress. Jessica is resourceful, patient, and understands my situation and how to help remedy. Her feedback is candid, and she increasingly has challenged me to meet my goals and deal with my situation. I would recommend her to most anyone in my type of situation.
