Jessica is tremendous at understanding and motivating, she easily notices where you start to get off track and never looses sight of the big picture for you. She responds in a timely manner, and does an excellent job at talking to you like a continuous conversation, rather than a questionnaire. There’s no doubt that she has your best interests in mind.
