Jessica has given me a sense of relief - someone I can confide in without judgement. She has been very understanding and super-responsive. I appreciate all her insights and have relied on her guidance to soothe my anxieties. I'm most comfortable using the chat feature, but offered and reminded me about the call options - so I know I have multiple options.
