About Me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 10+ years of experience working with adults ages 18 and over. I have extensive work in crisis and trauma; often assisting individuals suffering with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma and relational issues. In addition to my crisis work; I work with individuals who are suffering with more moderate symptoms who may be having difficulty coping with a recent transition, breakup, feeling stuck at work or frustrated with fitness or nutritional concerns. I operate from a more holistic background and, in addition to talk therapy, I work with clients on making lifestyle changes to help them move towards identified goals. I believe that therapy is a partnership and I strive to be as available and supportive for clients as possible!

Jessica is a great counselor! She is very understanding and takes the time to listen. I like how she helps brainstorm solutions for problems I have. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family!

I have really enjoyed working with Jessica so far. It has only been a short time at the moment, but I look forward to continuing working with her and finding more ways to get the help I need.
