About me

I am an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor with 6+ years of experience working with clients of various ages, genders, and histories. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including suicidality, crisis, depression, anxiety, panic disorders, addiction, family issues, relationship issues, OCD, trauma, abuse, and more.

My treatment style is warm, open, and flexible. I believe in treating all of my clients with unconditional, positive regard, and I never judge my clients for anything they present to me. It is important to me that my clients feel safe and accepted in their therapy journey. I typically use a client-centered therapy combined with solution-focused, dialectical behavior therapy, and cognitive behavior therapy. We can make sure that your personal needs are met in therapy and that you feel heard and understood, first and foremost. I also want to make sure that we work at a pace you are comfortable with, and I am always open to hearing feedback from you.

Making the decision to go to therapy can be challenging and scary, but you can rest assured knowing that I respect your time, space, feelings, and experiences. I want to support you as you navigate the journey of seeking a better life for yourself. I look forward to hearing from you!
