I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in North Carolina with 10+ years of experience. My specific areas of expertise include Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), family systems/parenting work, substance use treatment, as well as depression, anxiety, and managing life changes.

I enjoy working with a variety of people, including those who are diverse in terms of sexual orientation, ethnicity, and cultural background. Everyone brings something different to therapy, for this reason I tailor my sessions to meet each individuals needs, goals, and preferences.

My style is supportive and direct. I strive to uncover the strengths in others and hold them accountable to applying those strengths in order to achieve their unique therapy goals.
