After just one session, I already feel comfortable talking to Jessica. She actually listens to what I'm saying and asks the right questions to get to the bottom of what I'm not saying.

She has been checking in with me regularly and sending me messages that feel like they are specific to ME and not just canned messages that she's sending to everyone. It has only been 2 weeks and just one session so far, but I'm very optimistic that she will be able to help me meet my personal goals that led to me seek out BetterHelp.

Jessica is really great. She addresses all concerns in a well thought out manner and provides multiple options by which issues can be approached.
