Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Jessica Whitfield. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Being my first time participating in therapy, I had no idea where to begin. Jessica did’t waste anytime in guiding me to the right direction. I would highly recommend her!!

Jessica is the therapist I've always wanted. You're not just talking about your day to day, or what's bothering you. We're actually working toward a goal and I'm learning and growing.

In addition to our sessions, based on what comes up, she sends me helpful book recommendations, handouts, worksheets and links to articles and videos. She has recommended actual physical techniques (example: ETF Tapping) that have helped in the process of my therapy as well.

Jessica has a background in trauma therapy. The reason I went with Jessica for the first session is because of this background, but I don't think she's limited to just trauma therapy though. I thought I needed someone with that experience.

Even though I felt like I was breaking down and my world was falling apart, I felt safe in our first session. I thought I would have to try out a lot of therapist until I found the right one. Thankfully, that was not the case.

Jessica is kind, thoughtful and intuitive to what you say, or may not be saying. She acknowledges you and sees you as a person who is hurting. That means a lot to me. I am grateful for our sessions, what I've learned so far and the potential for more growth and knowledge.

Jessica is amazing! I had never tried therapy before and was super scared but she made it such a safe place for me and I’m so glad I matched with her!
