Jill is absolutely amazing!!! She works with you where you are at and her model of acceptance and commitment is SO awesome. I know my values now and that has been so helpful navigating through life. Highly recommend her!!
Jill Dupont is the absolute best. She makes the perfect therapist because not only does she have the knowledge for it, but she truly cares. Initially, I read every single profile and chose her. One of the best decisions of my life. Thank you, Jill!!! And thank you, BetterHelp!!!

Jill has been a great help
Jill is incredibly understanding, dedicated and creative in her work. She's great about providing exercises and explanations at every step of the process, and I experienced so much growth while working with her!
I feel very confident that my thoughts, feelings, and stressors are really important to Jill. She's a great listener, she's creative with her offers of support like worksheets, journaling, and non-tradional approaches to problem solving. I enjoy my sessions because I have freedom to vent, we laugh, she keeps me goal oriented and focused and she always asks if she's doing everything she can to meet my needs...I always leave our sessions feeling I've been heard and understood. And she reassures me that she will be there to support and help me for as long as I feel it's necessary and she'll be ready to release me when I'm confident I'll be able to stand comfortably on my own. I really like that about her.
Jill is a wonderful counselor. She listens without judgment and has a calm presence that makes you feel at ease. She is good about trying different techniques to see what might resonate and work best with me. I highly recommend Jill.
