Having spent three weekly sessions with Jill now, I am very satisfied with how things are going. She's been a big help in coping with the stresses going on in my life right now, and has been giving me great resources and methods for handling these stresses. Our calls are always timely and I always feel like I am getting the most out of them. Jill is certainly supportive and is a big help in processing and healing my mental health. I look forward to continuing with Jill through betterhelp online counseling.

I'm really pleased I have Jill my Counsellor to talk to about anything I need to talk about. She's helping me deal with a few things and making it better for me to see other ways of explaining things as well. I've been finding chatting to her really helpful and really pleased I have her to talk to!

I would highly recommend this particular counselor. She listens well and provides good guidance as to what can be explored and how to improve whatever situation is occurring. In addition, she is very positive. That being said, as with any counselor, you have to do the work. If you do not do the work, there is no way you can improve. I wish you the best of luck in your journey.

I've been working with Jill since June and she has been incredibly helpful. She is a great listener and always very encouraging. She helping me see my true worth and figure out the things that I deserve in life. She has given many helpful recommendations of books to read, apps that are helpful and assigned worksheets that have been beneficial. She's wonderful, can't say it enough.

Jill is AMAZING! She creates such a safe and trusting place to talk about your feelings and thoughts. She's extremely helpful, insightful, and offers such constructive advice to cope with any type of challenge or personal issue. I always have something positive to take away from every chat, whether it's a helpful, new way of thinking, a coping mechanism, or simply an uplifting feeling... I'd definitely recommend her to anyone!
