I've been working with Jill since June and she has been incredibly helpful. She is a great listener and always very encouraging. She helping me see my true worth and figure out the things that I deserve in life. She has given many helpful recommendations of books to read, apps that are helpful and assigned worksheets that have been beneficial. She's wonderful, can't say it enough.

Jill is really helping me understand myself from a new perspective. She's always kind and empathetic and encourages me to be the same myself. I look forward to our sessions and always feel a bit better after connecting.

Jill is AMAZING! She creates such a safe and trusting place to talk about your feelings and thoughts. She's extremely helpful, insightful, and offers such constructive advice to cope with any type of challenge or personal issue. I always have something positive to take away from every chat, whether it's a helpful, new way of thinking, a coping mechanism, or simply an uplifting feeling... I'd definitely recommend her to anyone!
