About Me

I am a licensed psychotherapist with over 35 years of experience, specializing in integrated health and wellness. Trained in family systems, mind/body health, mindfulness, trauma work, psychosynthesis, expressive arts and equine-assisted therapy, over the course of my career, I've developed a series of workshops helping women feel more confident and empowered to meet the challenges they face.

Depending on your needs, my approach may include cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-oriented therapy, psychodynamic processes, somatic psychology, psycho-education, spirituality, mindfulness, hypnotherapy, psychosynthesis, expressive arts (writing, collage, drawing), meditation, visualization and dream-work.

I'm a big believer in seeing life challenges, especially the most painful ones, as a catalyst for self-discovery, personal growth and positive change. I know. It's the last thing we want to hear when we feel like we’re fighting for our life….which most often we are!

Approaching what challenges us, with curiosity and compassion (rather than judgement), we begin to learn how to honor all parts of ourselves…..even those most difficult and painful parts. It’s from this place we give ourselves the gift of connecting to our most authentic and true self. We learn what we value and how to take steps toward creating the life we want.
