I will work with youth find solutions to those challenges you are facing. It is my belief that counseling is most helpful when the therapist and the client work as a team, focusing on specific goals. The purpose of therapy is not only to help people address their current issues , but also to learn new tools to use when life goes off course.

Reaching out is often difficult. In today's world, I believe, it is important for people to have someone in their life who is genuinely interested in them and listens to what they have to say about their life.

Jill has an outstanding ability to ask the most pointed and helpful questions. I feel understood, cared for, thoroughly listened to and supported. She offers strategies and tactics which, when applied, change my perspective and empower me. I saw changes within weeks of talking and messaging with Jill. She is responsive, articulate, and wise.
