Jill has been fantastic. She has really taken the time to get to know me and push me to who I really am. She has also helped me to feel confident in overcoming any obstacles that have presented them in my life. She is a very kind and yet firm person. Challenging me to face me and get the best out of me.
Jill is very responsive, understanding, and helpful. She has been a fundamental support during a very stressful stage of my life and I'm learning a lot about how to deal with my emotions.
Experienced and kind. I wouldn't want any other to help me with what I need right now.
Jill is great! Gentle and simple advice and helps in the best way she can.
Jill Williams is incredibly empathetic and she just "get's it". She's been immensely helpful to me over the past few months!
I love Jill's humor and compassion. Her email is the first I open when I check my email and her advice is always timely and helpful!
Awesome! Glad I found the right counselor for me!
Jill has helped me open up about issues that were dragging me down. I am still in process and have further to go but after 1-2 months I feel uplifted. She has proven to be a wonderful guiding hand in my life.
Jill has an uncanny ability to pinpoint specific issues that one may not think (especially me) was still effecting them. She gives great advice and is warm and encouraging. She's not judgmental, responsive and has many different ways to assist in working on a wide variety of areas. In fact, I haven't found any area that she hasn't been able to help me in. I really cannot say enough good things about her. I have seen therapists in the past but never one who really had a gift like hers.
Jill is the ideal of what a good counselor should be: empathetic, nonjudgmental, competent and engaged. She responds quickly - within 36 hours or less. She asks great questions, understands mental health issues, and family dynamics. Working with Jill has helped me focus better on what my issues are and implement some change to make things better. Highly recommended!
Jill is amazing. She is incredibly responsive, helpful, insightful, and constantly tells me I am being ridiculous when I am in fact being ridiculous, and lets me know I am being reasonable when I am being reasonable. I feel so much better knowing she is there, and not only able to help me but eager to do so. She is wonderful and I hold her beyond the highest regard.
Since starting my sessions with Jill, I have made major life epiphanies, and am so grateful to now have a new map for life. I realized, worrying really is a choice, and am happy to have a place to find certainty in such an uncertain world. Thanks Jill!
I recently started working with Jill and I can't say enough good things! She is wonderful! She responds to me in the most timely fashion, her responses are thoughtful and encouraging and helpful to get me thinking and taking action to help myself. Discovering Betterhelp.com and getting to work with Jill has been a gift!
Absolutely fantastic. She is professional and personable. I truly look forward to continuing my therapy with her.
I am really enjoying working with Jill. She is asking the right questions that help me think through things. She is so supportive yet still willing to make sure I am exploring everything fully. While we have really just begun our relationship, I feel that we are a much better match than I was with the therapist I was seeing face-to-face. This is my first experience with online counseling and I was afraid it would lack a certain quality but, I have to say that with Jill, I am getting more out of it than I ever would have expected.
Jill is great! Its like talking to a good friend who lets you vent and understands both sides. She offers advice without condeming you for how you've handled things in the past. Things have definitely been improving for me ! Im looking forward to the future.
She lets me vent, get my self sorted out and then offers advice without coming down on me about my past or current choices. She has been working with me for about a month, and I am seeing results.
Jill has everything that an ideal counselor could offer so far:
showing true compassion and caring.
Could not ask for more. Too bad can't meet her in person.
