Jill Yeates, LCSW
About me
As a licensed clinical social worker, my primary goal is to foster a safe and non-judgmental environment where you feel heard and understood. My name is Jill Yeates, LCSW-BACS (board approved clinical supervisor). I have 19 years of social work experience to include hospice, the school system and private practice. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) and typically work from a Cognitive Behavioral and Solution Focused perspective. I am passionate in working with teens and adults wanting to improve their lives and relationships.
I believe in the importance of having a safe place to explore our inner most selves. Self-sabotaging beliefs can affect our ability to love ourselves, preventing one from becoming one's best self. In my practice, I strive to help clients overcome trauma, hurt, & old belief systems with the goal of helping one find contentment and peace within themselves.
I have extensive experience working with teens (+15) and would consider them one of my favorite populations but I welcome all ages. If you're ready to do the work, let's get started.
