About me

I'm happy you decided to stop by! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Colorado, New Hampshire, and Switzerland. My work is to help you find clarity with the issues you are experiencing. I have worked in clinical and non-profit settings for nearly eight years with people who have experienced substance abuse, family conflict, trauma, compassion fatigue, and burnout. My approach is solution-focused, client-centered, and strengths-based drawing heavily from Cognitive Behavioral Theory. I don't believe in cookie-cutter interventions/techniques.

Life is a complex period! Are you fighting internally with what battles to tackle? Are you constantly on the move but not progressing? Do you lack the focus you need? Are you emotionally exhausted with microaggressions in your environment?

I don’t believe in cookie-cutter interventions/techniques. Yes! I follow an evidence-based model, but I approach it with a view that will work for you as a young adult.

I am a therapist who believes we all have a different lens on the world, and we are treated differently in our society. I strive to learn and understand your lens. Together we will seek and recognize your power.

The only way to move forward is to confront the things that hold us back. I promise I will challenge you to think outside of the box.
