I have worked on a wide range of issues with Jo over the past few months and I am blown away by her attentiveness and caring. I have never felt like such a priority from any counselor before. She always responds to my messages within a few hours even if we do not have a session scheduled and takes time out of her breaks to live chat with me if she sees me online. I am so blessed that I was matched with her and I am so happy I get to work with her. I am utterly blown away by how amazing and insightful and just down right nice she is!

Jo Ann Boatright has been a tremendous help with my therapy so far. In the past, I have been in traditional therapy where you visit someone at an office during the regular 9-5 hours Mon-Fri and loved it, but as a working adult I've found this type of therapy is impossible with my own 9-5 job. Thats why I chose to try betterhelp since it offered a wider range of session possibilities that would fit with my life style. I was definitely skeptical about online therapy, but my first session with Jo Ann made me realize I should have started this a lot sooner. She has been patient, kind, and supportive every step of the way. She has made the focus of my therapy completely on me, my life, my needs, and my road to a better and more fulfilled self. She is very good at engaging which makes me not miss the in person interaction that comes with traditional therapy like I thought I would. She is always there for me and always responds to messages I send between sessions with thoughtful and meaningful responses and exercises for me to try. I truly feel like I have been thrown a life vest after drowning for quite some time. It feels like I'm finally getting my head above water now. I'm so thankful that I was paired with Jo Ann as my therapist, I cannot recommend her enough.

She will ALWAYS be my go to for help!
