I was very nervous before my first session with Mr. Parknas, especially because English isn’t my first language and I was worried about not being understood. However, all those fears disappeared after just one or two sessions. He is kind, understanding, and balances lightheartedness with seriousness when needed. His thoughtful questions help me find my own solutions, and he offers great advice while sharing his experiences in a professional yet engaging way. I feel fortunate to have found such a wonderful therapist, and anyone would be lucky to work with him.

While I was not sure if it would work for me after the first session, I am glad I came back to the next session. He has created a safe, welcoming environment where I feel heard and understood. Peter listens deeply, asks insightful questions, and offers compassionate and practical guidance. His ability to help me navigate emotions and challenging situations has been invaluable. I feel more confident and self-aware in navigating life’s difficulties. I highly recommend Peter to anyone looking for a supportive and effective therapist.

Peter offers me support, guidance and understanding and helps me to question myself in a gentle, supportive way that leads me to answers my own questions. There's no judgement nor a feeling that he's just going through the motions, but gives me confidence and an understanding of why I feel the ways I do. He helps me to think about the issues that affect me, and reassuringly, he helps me understand that I'm not alone in my overthinking and state of mind. My sessions with Peter always give me a boost.
