Joan has been very helpful over the past couple weeks. It’s comforting knowing someone is there for support.
Joan is so personable and easy to talk to. Sometimes my thoughts would go a mile a minute and she'd expertly find important little details or phrases to pick out and explore further. She's helped me to inspect situations from different angles and I've valued her input. Feeling comfortable talking to a stranger is sometimes hard, but I've felt that Joan's been great at establishing a safe environment to just let go and talk in.
I like Joan very much. I am feeling a lot better overall with her help. I have noticed a significant improvement in my overall wellbeing.
Joan is great at listening and providing a different perspective to the problems I might face.
Can connect to her on another level.

Joan has been an unbelievably great therapist. Logistically, she's incredibly flexible with times to meet by phone or chat and always responds quickly. As a practitioner, she is understanding and helpful. She uses her expertise while also acknowledging that I know myself and know what is and is not helpful for me. I couldn't recommend anyone better.
Joan is an excellent listener, experienced, nuanced.
