About me

Today you are one step closer to making changes in your life that will lead to new ways of thinking, feeling and behaving.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in the state of New York, my goal is to assist you in therapy to discover your true self that will lead to a life worth celebrating. While no one can change difficult situations or experiences of the past, you and I can work together to better understand and resolve the challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapeutic approaches and techniques, I will help you change long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

First and foremost I am respectful of all people especially in the therapeutic setting . I provide a comfortable, safe, judgement free zone for all who come to me for therapy. Remember, you are in control of your therapy. This is a collaborative journey and I will be your guide to assisting you in achieving your goals. I am empathetic, respectful, understanding, and kind. I also have a sense of humor, and sincerely care about helping others. I have 9 years of experience and have been in private practice for 7 of those years..

I use many different treatment modalities that will benefit clients from all walks of life and a myriad of problems. I specialize in substance abuse, couples, anger management, domestic violence, dual disorders, trauma, anxiety. I also offer substance abuse groups and anger management groups. I also work with victims of sexual abuse. My license # is 005528

If you are looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you are just ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.
