About me

First, I realize that it is not an easy thing to talk with someone about the challenges you may be facing in your life's journey and you are to be congratulated for taking this step.

I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arizona for more than 25 years. In this time, I have seen men and women from all walks of life and all socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds. They have presented with various issues such as: anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, parenting issues, identity crises, career/work problems, childhood/family of origin difficulties. grief issues and so much more.

I am a very good listener. I do not put labels on or attach stigmas to any persons or issues. I believe that Cognitive Behavioral and Solution Focused therapies are able to address many issues as presented by client. However, I also use strategies and techniques from a variety of other therapies that I have found to be useful. It is of utmost importance to me that you are able to increase your coping strategies for the present and for any future issues as well.

I hope to be helpful in your search for some understanding of and insight into your current difficulties. My only goal is for you to be able to successfully move forward on your life's path.

I look forward to speaking with you soon.
