Joanne has a well balanced approach to mental health. I've had a range of issues to approach and she has been excellent at helping me set my own pace and find the tools that help me navigate my mind. Joanne adapts very well, and she excels at identifying the positive things you might have missed in your own experience. I'm thankful for the difference she's made in my life.
