I’ve only worked with Jocelyn for a few weeks
but she has already helped me make leaps and bounds when it comes to identifying and managing my anxiety. She is always encouraging, kind, patient, and willing to listen with an open heart. She checks in on you and always offers additional resources outside of live sessions to help you get a grasp on what you’re currently working on. I really feel seen and heard with her and you can tell how much she truly cares for each and every one of of her clients. Would recommend her any day!
