Jocelyn Rudd, LCSW
About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida with over 5 years of experience working as a therapist/counselor. I have worked with clients with a diverse range of concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, educational issues, parenting problems, divorce, and ADHD.
I care about your health and wellness as a whole: mind, body, and spirit. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral therapy, solutions focused brief therapy, psychoeducation, and motivational interviewing to name a few. The treatment approach will be tailored to your specific needs.
With any change, it will not be easy at times and beginning therapy is no different. However, if you are willing to invest in yourself and practice new skills in between sessions, meaningful change can occur. If you are open to taking that next step, I am here to support and empower you on your journey towards living a more balanced and beautiful life inside and out.
I received my Masters in Social Work from Columbia University in New York and my BA in International Development Studies from UCLA.
