Hello and welcome to my page! I am a licensed professional counselor in Pennsylvania with over 10 years of counseling experience. I have provided counseling in inpatient and outpatient facilities, schools, and in my own private practice. I help those with stress, anxiety, OCD, depression, lack of motivation, sleep issues, and anger management concerns. I help individuals work through breakups, divorce, difficult relationships with family and friends, career challenges and major life changes. I am also trained in TF-CBT, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and can help those who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.
My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral and solution focused strategies. I also often incorporate mindfulness practices into my work with clients to help with stress. I tailor my approach to your needs and comfort level.
