About me

I am a licensed clinical social worker and have been practicing for almost 6 years. I have experience working with young adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, self esteem, eating disorders, family issues, relationship issues, and trauma. I utilize specific interventions in my practice such as CBT, TF-CBT, traditional talk therapy, motivational interviewing and psychodynamic theory. I love to help individuals feel empowered and in control of their mental, physical, and emotional health.

I approach each session with an open mind and strive to make individuals feel as comfortable as possible. Every person deserves a safe place to share thoughts and feelings in a non-judgmental environment. I want to be that support in someone's life and help them to feel confident, strong, important, and worthy. Its not easy asking for help and feeling vulnerable, but its worth it, and you're worth it.
