Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, past trauma, interpersonal problems, problems adjusting to divorce, parenting, new job etc.? My goal as a therapist is to help you learn new ways to cope with challenging situations, gain new perspectives, replace unhealthy habits and heal from past experiences. My focus is working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, unresolved trauma, or addictive disorders. I used various approaches to help clients achieve meaningful changes in their lives, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, internal family systems, EMDR, and mindfulness.
